Alarm Dashboard
Monitor active and historic alarms across connected machines, distinguish severity at a glance, recover or mute events, and use alarm history to identify recurring operational problems.
Separate Emergency, Fatal, Fault, Warning and Message events.
Review active alarms, mute individual events, recover them, or recover all.
See category totals and identify the most common recurring alarm messages.
Retain trigger time, recovery time, duration, machine and final status.
Distinguish urgency immediately
Not every event means the same thing. The dashboard separates operational messages from warnings, faults, fatal conditions and emergency events so teams can focus on the conditions that matter most.
Highest-priority conditions such as an active emergency stop.
Severe equipment conditions requiring direct technical attention.
Machine or component faults affecting normal operation.
Conditions that may need intervention before they develop further.
See the event. Act from the same view
Active alarms show the category, message, machine, duration and trigger time. Operators can jump to the affected machine, mute a noisy event, recover an individual alarm or recover all active alarms where appropriate.
Navigate directly from an alarm to the affected machine in the UNS structure.
Suppress an active alarm from the main view without losing its operational context.
Mark an individual alarm as recovered when the condition has been resolved.
Provide a single action for recovery of the active alarm set where appropriate.
Find what happens most often
The dashboard does more than list events. Alarm summaries show active, recovered and total counts per category, while the Most Common Alarms view highlights recurring machine problems.
Active, muted and historic
Alarm handling remains traceable after an event leaves the active list. Muted alarms can be reviewed separately, while historic alarms preserve when the event triggered, when it recovered and how long it lasted.
Keep suppressed alarms visible.
Muted events are separated from active alarms instead of disappearing from the operational workflow, helping users understand what has been suppressed.
Retain the complete event timeline.
The alarm keeps its machine context
Machine links in the dashboard connect an alarm back to the equipment that generated it. Because locations, areas, lines and machines already live in the same platform hierarchy, alarm history becomes part of the operational history of the asset.
From alarm list to operational intelligence
Prioritise faster
Separate emergency, fatal, fault, warning and informational events immediately.
Act directly
Mute or recover alarms and navigate directly to the affected machine.
Spot recurring problems
Use Most Common Alarms and category totals to expose repeated equipment issues.
Keep the history
Preserve trigger, recovery, duration and machine information for later analysis.
Turn machine alarms into actionable history.
